Larry Pennell, Author Of Modest, Grateful Larry Pennell And His Canada Modest Grateful Larry Pennell And His Canada

In his new book, Modest, Grateful Larry Pennell and His Canada, Larry Pennell takes readers on a deeply personal and moving journey of self-discovery and national identity. Through his travels across Canada, Pennell explores the country's vast and diverse landscape, meets its people, and learns about its history and culture. Along the way, he comes to a new understanding of himself and his place in the world.

Pennell's journey begins in his hometown of St. John's, Newfoundland. He then travels to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and the Yukon. Along the way, he meets a wide range of people, from fishermen and farmers to artists and politicians. He learns about the country's rich history, from its Indigenous roots to its role in the world wars. And he experiences the country's stunning natural beauty, from the Atlantic Ocean to the Rocky Mountains.

Through his travels, Pennell comes to a new understanding of himself and his place in the world. He learns that he is a proud Canadian, but he is also a citizen of the world. He learns that he is a man of faith, but he is also open to other ways of thinking. And he learns that he is a writer, but he is also a husband, father, and friend.

Modest, Grateful Larry Pennell and His Canada is a beautifully written and deeply moving book. It is a must-read for anyone who wants to learn more about Canada, or who is interested in a journey of self-discovery.
